It's your key to the entire conference experience, and we've gone green!
No printed program will be distributed at the event, but all conference information is available in multiple online and mobile friendly formats. The Digital Program Guide provides access to event schedules, session details, maps, and more!

For Attendees

Conference attendees can use any of the following 3 ways to access the official conference program guide.

Program Guide App
The official attendee conference app for Apple and Android. Use this app to make the most out of your event experience:

  • Filter sessions by strand, subject, or job role
  • View and add sessions to your personal schedule
  • Receive updated session information
  • Locate sessions and exhibits on interactive maps
  • Receive event announcements
  • View and download session handouts
  • Connect with other attendees, presenters, and exhibitors
  • Join the conversation on the social feed

Select a link below to download the "AMLE Events" app
After accessing the conference app click on 'Log In', enter your email address, and click 'Continue'. If you have a current profile, enter your password on the next screen and click 'LOG IN'. If your email is not linked to a profile you will be taken to the Sign Up page to create a new profile. Enter your first name, last name, and create your own password, then click 'Submit'.

Let's Get Started

To get started on your mobile device, download the AMLE Events app from your app store and click on the current event under UPCOMING on the main menu. Click on Log In, enter your email address, and click Continue. If you have a current profile, enter your password on the next screen and click LOG IN. If your email is not linked to a profile you will be taken to the Sign Up page to create a new profile. Enter your first name, last name, and create your own password, then click Submit.

Update your Profile
  1. To edit your personal profile, select the "More" icon in the bottom right of the menu at the bottom.
  2. Select "Edit" in the top right.
  3. Complete the information about you and click "Save" in the upper right.

    Things to consider when updating your profile:
    • Upload a picture! Nothing is more recognizable than your face!
    • Don't forget to tell us about you (Interests on the profile page). The system uses this information to make recommendations to you for sessions and attendees that have similar interests.
    • Social media! Help people learn more about you by including your web content (Web Content on the profile page).
Connect with Attendees, Presenters, and Exhibitors

You can connect to others by finding a person on the Attendees, Presenters, or Exhibitors tabs. From the Main Menu, click on More at the bottom of the screen to access the tabs. Click on the FILTER in the top right corner to change the sort (name, company, state, county etc) or filter by topic and role (if they added "tags" in their profile). You can also add search criteria in the magnifying glass to find a connection. If you added "tags" to your profile, click on Suggestions in the menu near the top to find suggested connections. Add a favorite contact, send a Message, or create Notes for your contact by clicking the icon to the right of their name. Click on "My Event" from the Main menu to access Messages, Favorites, and Notes. Click on "My Notes" to access your notes then click on the icon in the top right to email your notes to yourself.

Create Your Own Schedule

You can browse sessions through the "Sessions" button in the bottom menu. Click on FILTER in the top right corner to change the sort (start date, name, track, updated) or filter by days, interests (topic and role), or track. You can also add search criteria in the magnifying glass to find a session. If you added "tags" to your profile, click on Suggestions in the menu near the top to find suggested sessions. Click on the session title to open the session page and see more details. Click on the room name to find the session on the interactive map. Add a session to your to Schedule, Check-In, or create Notes by clicking the icon to the right of the session title. Click on "My Event" on the bottom menu to view your schedule and notes. Click on the icon in the upper right to sync your schedule to your calendar.

Access Session Handouts

Handouts can be connected to a session or a presenter/attendee/exhibitor. Handouts are indicated by a paperclip icon on their image. Click the session title or facilitators name to open their page. You may access the handout in the HANDOUTS section of the session or presenter/attendee/exhibitor profile.

Join in the Social Feed

Join in the conversation! Add pictures and comments directly to the Social Stream from the main page of the Home menu. You can also post directly in a session to communicate with attendees and facilitators by clicking the message icon on the top right when your on the session page. Don't forget to tag your posts with #AMLE19.

To get started, click on Register Now. Enter your first name, last name, email address, and create your own password, then click Sign me up! You should now have an active account.

Updating your Profile
  1. To edit your personal profile, from the Home Menu, click on My Profile, and then click on Edit My Profile.
  2. Complete the information about you and click Save.

Connecting with Attendees, Presenters, and Exhibitors

You can connect to others by finding a person on the Attendees, Presenters, or Exhibitors tabs and click on the icons below their details. Add a favorite contact, Send a Message, or create Notes for your contact. You can access favorite contacts, messages, or notes from the Home screen.

Creating Your Own Schedule
You can browse sessions through the Sessions tab. Filter the sessions by date, interest, and track or add any search criteria in the search box to find a session for your interest. Once you find a session, add it to My Schedule by clicking the icon to the right of the session title, and select Add to Schedule. After you add events, click on My Schedule from the Home menu to view your schedule.

Access Session Handouts
Handouts can be connected to a session or a presenter/attendee/exhibitor. Handouts are indicated by a paperclip icon on their image. You may access the handout in the section above the description of the session or above the bio for presenter/attendee/exhibitor profiles. The handout is indicated by a page with a folded corner.

Join in the Social Feed

Join in the conversation! Add pictures and comments directly to the Social Stream from the main page of the Home menu. You can also post directly in a session to communicate with attendees and presenters. When you are in the session, scroll down to the bottom to post what's happening. Don't forget to tag your posts with #AMLE19.
