Presenter Registration
Presenters receive a discounted registration for AMLE2017. Presenter registration will open on April 10, 2017. If you have any questions, please contact Dena Harrison at dharrison@amle.org. Please note that if you are accepted to present at the conference, you serve on a contributing basis and are required to purchase registration. You will not be reimbursed for registration, lodging, travel, audiovisual equipment rental, or additional costs. *Symposium presenters may register for the conference at the presenter rate and must purchase an add-on ticket to the Symposium.

Session Facilitators
Session facilitators play a large role is how seamless a session is presented. We are always looking for great individuals to assist our presenters with their sessions. If you are looking to have a one-on-one connection with a presenter and want to be involved in the conference, please contact Dena Harrison at dharrison@amle.org and become an official AMLE2017 Facilitator. *Students are provided with reduced registration rates in exchange for facilitating two sessions at the conference.

Help Promote Your Session
Make sure every middle grades educator knows about AMLE and your participation in this great event. Tell people you're presenting at AMLE2017 tagging your social media with #AMLE2017 and by placing the "I'm Presenting!" banner on your website, blog, or e-signature. Right-click on the image, or control-click on Mac, to save it to your computer so you can paste it wherever you'd like.

Presenter Author Form
If you are an author of a book related to your session and you are interested in having AMLE sell your book at the conference in our bookstore, please submit this form along with a copy of your book by July 21, 2017 for review. You will be notified by August 18, 2017 if your book was selected.

Professional Learning Contact Hours
To receive professional learning contact hours, attendees must record your Contact Hour code from your session on their Contact Hour card found in the back of the program book. I encourage you to include this PowerPoint Template Slide as the last slide in your PowerPoint presentation and to announce your session code at the end of your session. If you do not provide this code to the attendees, they will not receive credit for attending your session.

App Instructions for Presenters
As a presenter at the AMLE Annual Conference for Middle Level Education, you have a virtual session in the online event networking and planning tool. The online tool offers you a way to get additional exposure with attendees before, during, and after the conference, and upload your session handouts.

The Pennsylvania Convention Center offers a FedEx Office Print & Ship Center on-site. The FedEx Office is open 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. on weekdays, and on weekends during show hours. The FedEx Office is located inside the Pennsylvania Convention Center on the 200 level between Exhibit Halls B & C. The FedEx Office offers the critical business services you need to make your meeting a success. Whether you need signs and banners, pre-convention printing and copying, packing and shipping, or last-minute office supplies, we have you covered.
