Exhibit Fees

10x10 Inline Booth: $1,550
10x10 Corner Booth: $1,650

Booth Package

Included with each booth space is a 10x10 pipe and drape booth, an ID sign, aisle carpet and a furniture package including a 6' draped table, 2 chairs and 1 trash can. Exhibiting companies are entitled to two (2) full complimentary registrations (includes access to all concurrent and general sessions at the conference). Additional exhibitor badges can be purchased for $175 each. Exhibitors also receive:

  • Listing on the interactive floor plan, which includes company information and a link to your site
  • Listing in the conference mobile app
  • Pre and post conference attendee lists
  • An Exhibitor Newsletter with important updates
  • A private and relaxing exhibitor lounge with light refreshments
  • Dedicated exhibit hall time
  • Access to thousands of middle level educators!

Exhibitor Sales - Taxes and Licenses

Exhibitors must obtain any licenses, permits, or approvals required under federal, state, or local tax laws as applicable to their activity at #AMLE20. All exhibitors are responsible for obtaining any tax identification numbers and paying all taxes, license fees, or other charges that shall become due to any government entity in connection with their activities at the Annual Conference. Each exhibitor is responsible for complying with state and local sales tax regulations.

Cancellation Policy

Request for cancellation of space must be directed in writing to Ken Cibroski at ken@adguidance.com. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. 50% of Booth Rental Fees will be refunded if the request is received on or before August 14, 2020. The 50% booth rental fee and $2,000 deposit on sponsorship is non-refundable. All remaining amounts will be refunded if the cancellation is received prior to  August 14, 2020. In no case will a refund be made for a cancellation received after  August 14, 2020, nor no-shows at the event. The exhibit manager will confirm receipt of all cancellation notices. AMLE will only honor cancellation requests whose receipt has been confirmed.
