What Can I Do in the App?
This is the official attendee conference app for AMLE2017. Use this app to make the most out of your event experience:

  • View and add sessions to your personal schedule
  • Receive updated session information
  • Locate sessions and exhibits
  • Receive event announcements
  • View and download session handouts
  • Connect with other attendees, presenters, and exhibitors
  • Post on social media

Let's Get Started

Download the app from your app store and click on Log In, then Sign up. Enter your first name, last name, email address, and create your own password, then click Next. You should now have an active account.

Update your Profile
  1. To edit your personal profile, select the "More" icon in the bottom right of the menu at the bottom.
  2. Select "Edit" in the top right.
  3. Complete the information about you and click "Save" in the upper right.

    Things to consider when updating your profile:
    • Upload a picture! Nothing is more recognizable than your face!
    • Don't forget to tell us about you (Interests on the profile page). The system uses this information to make recommendations to you for sessions, attendees, and exhibitors that have similar interests.
    • Social media! Help people learn more about you by including your web content (Web Content on the profile page).
Connect with Attendees, Presenters, and Exhibitors

You can connect to others by selecting the "Attendees" button in the "More" menu at the bottom. Search by name or keyword. Select the down arrow to right of the person to add a Note, Add them as a favorite contact, or send a Message.

Create Your Own Schedule

You can browse sessions through the "Sessions" button in the bottom menu. Once you find an event of interest, you can select the down arrow to the right to Add to Schedule. After you add events, select "My Schedule" from the top of the Sessions section to see your schedule.

Access Session Handouts

From the Sessions button in the bottom menu, find a session of interest. Select in the middle of the text of a session. Scroll down, and if the presenter uploaded handouts, you’ll see "Handouts" appear on the list of options. Note that not all presenters have chosen to add handouts to the app. If there are no handouts, this section will not appear.

To get started on your mobile device, download the app from your app store and click on Log In, then Sign up. Enter your first name, last name, email address, and create your own password, then click Submit. You should now have an active account.

Main Menu

To access the Main Menu at any time, click on the Home at the bottom left of the screen.

Update your Profile

  1. To edit your personal profile, from the Main Menu, click on My Event at the bottom of the screen, and then click on the pencil icon.
  2. Complete the information about you and click Update.

  • Don’t forget to tell us about you by clicking on EDIT TAGS at the top right corner. The system uses this information to make recommendations to you for sessions, attendees, and exhibitors that have similar interests.
Connect with Attendees, Presenters, and Exhibitors

You can connect to others by finding a person on the Attendees, Presenters, or Exhibitors tabs and click the icon to the right of their name. Add a favorite contact, send a Message, or create Notes for your contact. You can access favorite contacts, messages, or notes by clicking the My Event icon.

Create Your Own Schedule

You can browse sessions through the "Sessions" button in the bottom menu. Once you find an event of interest, add it to My Schedule by clicking the icon to the right of the session title, and select Add to Schedule. After you add events, click on My Event to view your schedule.

Access Session Handouts

Handouts can be connected to a session or a presenter. Handouts are indicated by a paperclip icon on their photo (presenter/attendee/exhibitor) or calendar icon (for sessions). You may access the handout in the document section or the session or presenter/attednee/exhibitor profile.

Connecting with Attendees, Presenters, and Exhibitors

You can connect to others by finding a person on the Attendees, Presenters, or Exhibitors tabs and click on the icons to the right of their name. Send a Message, Add a favorite contact, or create Notes for your contact.

Creating Your Own Schedule

You can browse sessions through the Sessions or Presenters tabs. Once you find an event of interest, add the item to My Schedule by clicking the icon to the right of the session title, and select Add to Schedule. After you add events, select My Schedule from the Main Menu to view your schedule. You can print your schedule or sync to your calendar by clicking on the Print or Calendar icons in the upper right.

Access Session Handouts

Handouts can be connected to a session or a presenter. Handouts are indicated by a paperclip icon on their photo (presenter/attendee/exhibitor) or calendar icon (for sessions). You may access the handout in the section above the description the session or bio section for presenter/attednee/exhibitor profiles. The handout is indicated by a page with a folded corner.
