Dr. Neil Gupta is the Director of Secondary Education for Worthington City Schools in Ohio. Neil has been an administrator for more than ten years providing focused leadership and support to middle schools and high schools. He also serves as the past president on the board of directors for the Ohio Association of Secondary School Administrators. Neil has presented at state and national conferences on the topics of leadership principles and practices, legislative advocacy, standards and curriculum alignment, assessment practices, and data analysis. His main focus is providing team development strategies with a focus on data analysis, curriculum alignment, and strategic planning.
