holds a BS in Physical Education, and an MS in Curriculum and Instruction. She has an extensive dance background and competed in Ballroom Dance for Arthur Murray.
Pam has been a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer for over thirty years. Her most recent certifications are Zumba and Zumbatomics. She was a NASPE Teacher of the Year in 2004 and recipient of the Golden Apple Award for Teaching Excellence in 2007. Other awards include Outstanding Jump Rope for Heart Coordinator, Professional Merit Award, and National Dance Association Honor Award. Pam has presented at a wide range of conferences and inservices for teachers across the United States and she has been a NASPE Pipeline presenter. She grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico and currently resides in Houston Texas. She taught physical education for ten years in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Pam served as the Director of Educational Services and Professional Development for Sportime from 2007 to 2013. She is an exercise enthusiast and enjoys a variety of physical activities including yoga, Zumba, TRX, walking, and jogging.
