Ellen D'Amore
Ellen is a consultant, a classroom teacher, and a PhD candidate with a focus on adult leadership. She received an Ohio Middle Level Association Regional Award in 2013 for her work. Ellen D’Amore and Erin Tobul have a combined 32 years of teaching experience at the middle level. They are the authors of a highly effective social-emotional learning curriculum to meet the needs of young adolescents, Creating Connections, currently available from AMLE. Ellen and Erin have been presenting for several years at state and national conferences as well as professional development workshops. The research-driven and classroom-tested advisory program earned the Ohio Middle Level Association Advisor/Advisee Component Award in 2013. Together, they are committed to empowering educators to promote school-wide positive climate change.
Erin Tobul
Erin is currently a classroom teacher and a consultant. In 2014, Erin and her teaching team earned the Team of the Year Award from the Ohio Middle Level Association.
