Michael Chirichello, Ed.D., served as a district superintendent, principal, vice-principal, and teacher in urban and suburban districts in the New York City and New Jersey public schools for 30 years. He was a visiting professor at Northern Kentucky University and taught in the university's doctoral program. Prior to that, he was a professor, chair, and program director at William Paterson University in New Jersey. He taught graduate courses that prepare teachers for supervisory and principal licensure. His educational career spans forty-eight years.
