Included with each booth space is a 10x10 pipe and drape booth, an ID sign, aisle carpet, 6' draped table, 2 chairs and 1 trash can. Exhibiting companies are entitled to four (4) full complimentary registrations (includes access to all concurrent and general sessions at the conference) and unlimited free exhibits-only passes to give away to clients. Additional exhibitor badges can be purchased through your online account for $175 each. Exhibitors also receive:

Event Producers (show management, formerly known as MRA Services) and AMLE endeavor to make the exhibition program effective for you, your fellow exhibitors and attendees. To ensure you're in compliance, view the IAEE display rules and regulations. These will be enforced onsite by show management. Please also read the AMLE2016 exhibitor terms and conditions.
Exhibitor Sales - Taxes and Licenses
Exhibitors must obtain any licenses, permits, or approvals required under federal, state, or local tax laws as applicable to their activity at AMLE2016. All exhibitors are responsible for obtaining any tax identification numbers and paying all taxes, license fees, or other charges that shall become due to any government entity in connection with their activities at the Annual Conference. Each exhibitor is responsible for complying with state and local sales tax regulations. Exhibitors can obtain more information at https://tax-office.traviscountytx.gov or contact the Travis County Tax office at (512)854-9473.
Request for cancellation of space must be directed in writing to AMLE, c/o Event Producers to AMLE@eventproducers.events. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. 50% of Booth Rental Fees will be refunded if the request is received on or before August 1, 2016. The $2,000 deposit on sponsorship is non-refundable. All remaining amounts will be refunded if the cancellation is received prior to August 1st, 2016. In no case will a refund be made for a cancellation received after August 1, 2016, nor no-shows at the event. The exhibit manager will confirm receipt of all cancellation notices. AMLE will only honor cancellation requests whose receipt has been confirmed.
