Darcy Carlson in the Professional Development Manager at Britannica Digital Learning
. She has been in her current role for 5 years, working with educators to support library and classroom needs by facilitating the use of Britannica’s wide range of digital resources. Before joining Britannica, Darcy taught special education in the both the elementary and secondary settings. She is passionate about maximizing the teaching and learning experience by engaging educators and students with technology. Darcy has her Bachelor of Science in Special Education with a Learning Behavior Specialist Emphasis.
Doreen Wolfgram is a Curriculum Specialist with Britannica Digital Learning. She travels throughout the country to introduce the company’s resources to schools and libraries, with a special focus on the products’ curriculum applications to the Common Core and state standards. She is well-versed on the topics of digital literacy and digital citizenship and has a strong interest in strengthening the collaboration between classroom teachers and school librarians related to 21st century skill development. Before joining Britannica, Doreen spent fifteen years as a language arts/social studies teacher, instructional coach and curriculum facilitator in Indiana. Doreen lives with her family in Cincinnati OH.
