Let's Move! Flash Workout Toolkit

Just announced, 16-time Grammy Award winner Beyoncé, is the featured artist for a flash workout for middle schools around the country. The event, produced by that National Association of Broadcasters Education Foundation (NABEF) in partnership with National Middle School Association (NMSA), the National School Boards Association (NSBA) and the American Association of School Administrators (AASA), calls for middle school students across the country to participate in a pre-choreographed "Let's Move!" dance exercise routine at an identical time — Tuesday, May 3, at 1:42 p.m. Eastern Time.

Let's Move! is an initiative of First Lady Michelle Obama and is aimed at curbing childhood obesity by helping kids and families focus on healthy food choices and physical activity. Everyone has a role to play in reducing childhood obesity, including parents, elected officials from all levels of government, schools, health care professionals, faith-based and community-based organizations, and private sector companies. Your involvement is key to ensuring a healthy future for our children.
