What is included in the conference registration?
Hundreds of concurrent sessions, two general sessions, featured sessions, state and regional meetings, and unlimited access to the exhibit hall. Enjoy a rewarding, fulfilling time at the conference by attending these events.
What events have additional costs?
For those who want to participate in more diverse activities, we offer a full lineup of special events at an additional cost. Conference workshops, schools visits, and the Principals' and Teachers' Luncheons are not included in the registration rate. Tickets are required for these events and may be purchased with your registration or prior to September 30, if you are already registered. (Payment is required to received a ticket.) Tickets are limited, so register early. Some tickets may still be available on-site. Tickets are nonrefundable.
Is special assistance available?
Yes. Please check the "special assistance" box on your registration form. NMSA/AMLE staff will contact you to make any arrangements you may need at the conference.
What forms of payment does NMSA/AMLE accept for registration fees?
We accept money orders, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and purchase orders (a valid, hard copy purchase order must accompany registration form). One of these forms of payment must be received with registration. A $20 service fee will be assessed for returned checks.
How will I know that NMSA/AMLE received my registration?
Within 10 business days, you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating that you are registered for the conference. If you do not have an e-mail address, you will receive a confirmation letter via the U.S. Postal Service within four weeks.
What is express registration?
If you register and pay in full by October 1, your name badge, materials exchange ticket, and any purchased tickets will be mailed to you approximately two to three weeks prior to the conference. At the conference, simply bring your Materials Exchange Ticket to "Materials Pick-Up" counter and pick up your program book and tote bag.
